i really just can't believe dot is already three months old.
if you couldn't tell, we are a little obsessed with her.
even if she's up until 11:00 being a stinker about not going to sleep, we just play with her and have imaginary conversations with her (like how she just can't go to sleep until she watches an episode of how i met your mother) and enjoy her in all her littleness.
because sadly, we know how fast it goes.
she is a smiley, happy baby who likes to chew on her hands and adores attention from any one of her older siblings.
life is good. very good, indeed.
when dot makes this face...
i can't help but kiss her right inside the mouth.
i just can't resist.
she wrings her hands a lot, as if she's very worried about something...
and has the funniest little "conversation" faces when she is trying to talk...
(and, i, of course, love the sucked in lip and hands folded across the belly)
her favorite game is repeating the sound "o" after you say it to her.
and she looks super funny when she does it...
now, as i mentioned last month, dot is (obviously) kind of like a genius.
i am sure you are anxious to discover what amazing feats she has accomplished this month.
well, she certainly knows all of her body parts, as any 3 month old should.
let's say, you were to ask her, oh, i don't know, where her knee is...
boom. knee. easy.
but all the three month olds are doing that, right?
dot has recently taken up studying shakespeare.
she is currently performing the role of sampson from romeo and juliet...
"No, sir, I do not bite my thumb at you, sir, but I do bite my thumb, sir."
and, of course, as predicted she is about halfway through
eating reading Crime and Punishment...
child prodigy or not, we certainly love having this little miss around.
